In some cases, in order for us to ship you an academic product version, you will need to fax to us a copy of one of the following forms of proof of your academic status. You will also be required to send the same information to the company when you register the product.
Faculty/Student ID, official school or church PO, statement on school letterhead signed by administrator confirming faculty status, current MTNA or MENC membership card, current student ID or current tuition fee statement statement on church/institution letterhead signed by church/institution administrator confirming that the software is for church/institution use. If you aren't sure if you qualify for academic status, please feel free to contact us.
